Friday – Busy, No Cookies

Even the CCC has to mix in a little “real life” sometimes.  Life isn’t all baking and blogging, you know.  Tonight, we worked on videos and senior captain recognition for the high school swim banquet coming up next week.  Yes, we volunteered.  There’s going to be a growing need for parents to volunteer for stuff at their kids’ schools because the general population generally does not want to pay for extra-curricular educational needs, so if folks want to keep programs for their kids beyond the basic readin’, writin’ and ‘rithmatic in the basic 45-child classroom, then they will have to volunteer.

We worked on the videos on a MAC program called iMovie.  I had not had the pleasure of working in that application before but it is fantastic!  I gotta get me one of those and then the blog for “Holiday Stuffing 2011” won’t be a blog at all, it will be a telly-vision show that you can watch on the internets!
