Monday – Time for the next Snowstorm

According to the experts, this is now the snowiest December ever.  EVER.  As in, since a guy was here in Minnesota and thought for a half-second that it would be a good idea to measure the snow.  YEARS.

Another harrowing night on the roads returning from the Big Rink in Saint Paul.  Local hockey boys won tonight.  Martin Havlat continues to be spec-friccin’-tacular.  He seemed to prosper last season during “Holiday Stuffing” as well.  Apparently he enjoys the blog.

The CCC was at work again, the first batch of caramels of the season was stirred up tonight.

I caught the tail end of the Monday Night football game.  Outdoor football will not last in this state.  It is no longer the “thing to do” in these days of $150-plus tickets.  Folks who pay that much (and then some) are not interested in sitting outside.   A new stadium will be approved in the coming session of the state legislature.  And it will have a roof.  And the roof will not be made of Teflon.
